I'm proud of my body sex and gender identity for these qualities make me who I am as an unique individual. Is something wrong with me? The answer is no all along. They are females and identify as girls but I don't identify as a girl. I used to ask Allah (SWT) on why I can't be like other girls as a young child. It is stated in surah al-baqarah ayah 155. Allah (SWT) gives us trials so we can can be rewarded with our improvements and our learnings from the trials. I believe my trials from Allah (SWT) is to love my female body and my gender identity and I'm doing well at it. I don't want to transition since my body and gender identity have been created perfectly and I love that message. So, I want to be proud with identifying predominantly as a man while having a female body. Also, the trans community also preached that we can identify as whatever we want no matter how our body look like, like men with boobs, women with dicks and etc. Gender is a social construct so it's ok how I want to identify as. That ayah also encourages me to love my body as it is even when I face gender dysphoria since my body image is not what I imaged how I want to look like. I feel happy reading that verse as a child.
Allah (SWT) had perfected creation of my female body and my identity to identify predominantly as a man but still identify partly as woman. I'm reflecting how that ayah relates to my body sex, my gender identity and why I decide not to take part in body transition of ftm. On ayah 7, the Quran stated that our Allah (SWT) has perfected everything Allah created.
